An Evening of Mindfulness

Are you curious about Mindfulness? Would you like to experience a bit of mindfulness training before you decide on the 8 week Mindfulnees Training?

Maybe you have already attended a mindfulness course, and now you’d like to refresh your mindfulness experience.

In either case, you are welcome to ‘An Evening of Mindfulness’. One evening, 2,5 hours, of mindfulness under the guidance of an experienced mindfulness teacher. Relaxed, fun and mindful.

Every summer I host these evenings of mindfulness, suitable for both the experienced and unexperienced. Every evening will have it’s own theme, which we will explore through mindfulness meditation and other excercises.

For the experienced participant there will be familiar excercises, as well as new insights.
If this is your first experience with mindfulness, you will get a good sense of what mindfulness can do for you. The excersises we do during this evening, are chosen so you can use them in your own life immediately.

  • These evenings will be from 19.00 to 21.30.
  • Groups will be a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8 participants.
  • You can sign up for one or more evenings by sending me an email.
  • These evenings take place at Balans Praktijk, in the Health Centre Noordwijkerhout.
  • Pricing for An Evening of Mindfulness will be 30,- euro (incl. Tax).
